    Architectural Glass

Architectural glass is used as a building material. It is most typically used as transparent glazing material in the building envelope, including windows in the external walls. When used in buildings, glass is often of a safety type, which include reinforced, toughened and laminated glasses.

The aesthetic, technical and energy properties of Wallkingdon glass allow an almost limitless range of applications: from exterior glazing to interior decoration and industrial use. With an extensive collection, architects and interior designers alike will find a material to shape their creative inspiration and tame light while ensuring the comfort of building occupants and actively protecting the environment.

    • Laminated Glass
Laminated glass is a type of safety glass that is made of two or more panes of annealed glass joined together by a layer of plastic, or polyvinyl butyral (PVB).
    • Curved Glass
Сurved glass is glass that has been reheated and shaped to a desired bend or curvature, and left to cool in that position. Curved glass can be a great option for the architectural designs, from glass domes and hand rails to revolving doors and display cases.
    • Insulated Glass
An insulating glass unit commonly consists of two (sometimes more) panes of glass separated by a spacer material and sealed together at the edge to prevent heat loss through your glass doors and windows. The units consist of two panes of glass separated by an inert gas.
    • Low E Glass
Low-E glass, short for Low-Emissivity or Low-Emittance, contains a microscopic coating that makes a window more thermally efficient. The coating is thin, non-toxic and virtually colorless. Low-E glass benefits are immense as it works to minimize the amount of ultraviolet and infrared light that can pass through the glass by reflecting it away.
    • Multi Curved GLass
curved glass is glass that has been reheated and shaped, usually over a metal mold, to a desired bend or curvature, and left to cool in that position.
    • Tempered Glass
Tempered or toughened glass is a type of safety glass processed by controlled thermal or chemical treatments to increase its strength compared with normal glass.
    • Sentry Glass PLus
Sentry Glass PLus is an ideal product for complex glazing projects that require increased strength and enhanced appearance. The benefits of SentryGlas® Plus are not only confined to complex projects.
    • Tinted Glass
Tinted Glass is produced by the float process with the addition of small quantities of metal oxides to color the normal clear glass mix. This coloration is achieved through adding metal oxides at the smelting stage. Addition of color does not affect the basic properties of the glass, even though visible light reflectance will be slightly higher than clear glass.
    • triple tempered laminated glass
Glass type: triple tempered laminated glass Other name: triple toughened laminated glass / triple laminated safety glass Composition: tempered glass + pvb + tempered glass + pvb + tempered glass Shape: flat and curved
